Sacred Dance

"Then Miriam the prophetess, Aaron's sister, took a tambourine in her hand, and all the women followed her, with tambourines and dancing." (Exodus 15:20 (NIV)

Sacred Dance is not only Biblical, but it is an interactive form of praise when done with others or an interactive experience with God when done alone. All one needs to have handy before engaging in Sacred Dance is a CD of music, or a tambourine, or just a song in ones head to move to. Be sure to keep God at the center of your mind as you move your body in dance. Enjoy this beautiful form of praise!
